Quantity Surveyor Manager – Data Center (Finland)

About the role

The role is for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead post‑contract activities on data‑center projects in Finland, ensuring accurate payments, variations and final account closure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage interim payment applications (IPCs), valuation and certification
• Assess and negotiate variations, change orders and contractor claims
• Maintain cost reports, forecasts and cash‑flow projections
• Administer contracts or equivalent forms
• Support final account preparation and close‑out
• Ensure compliance with commercial governance and audit requirements

Required profile

• 8–12 years of total Quantity Surveying / Commercial experience, with at least 5 years on data‑center or mission‑critical projects
• Strong post‑contract expertise covering payments, variations and claims
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Economics or relevant engineering discipline

• Knowledge of YSE, AB/ABT, Nordic and FIDIC contract forms
