Quality Lead – Marine Business Unit

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Quality Lead for the Marine Business Unit to elevate our quality culture and performance across operations and projects. You will ensure projects, processes, and services meet the highest standards while driving continuous improvement across our global marine business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quality management activities within the Marine Business Unit.
• Maintain and develop processes aligned with ISO 9001 principles and company requirements.
• Support project teams in quality planning, assurance, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor project quality performance through KPIs, audits, lessons learned, and corrective actions.
• Facilitate root cause analyses and improvement initiatives.
• Perform internal and external audits.
• Support supplier and partner quality management activities.
• Promote a quality culture and share best practices across teams.
• Collaborate with business leaders to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery.
• Work closely with the Elomatic Corporate Quality Team to ensure alignment of quality practices.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in a relevant field (preferably engineering, technology, quality management).
• Experience in quality management, quality assurance, and operational excellence.
• Experience in project‑based business and engineering environments.
• Good understanding of quality management systems and ISO 9001; knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and/or ISO 27001 is an advantage.
• Planning and problem‑solving abilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English.
• Willingness to travel globally occasionally.
