Quality Inspector

About the role

Easpring Finland is seeking a meticulous Quality Inspector to join its Laboratory Department. You will support the production of lithium‑ion battery Cathode Active Materials (CAM) by performing routine testing and ensuring product quality from raw materials through finished goods.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct testing of raw materials, process samples and finished products following SOPs and approved methods.
• Accurately record, review and report test results, flagging any abnormalities.
• Assist in identifying, tracking and handling non‑conforming products and abnormal samples.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, support calibration and routine equipment management.
• Maintain a clean, organized laboratory environment (6S) and comply with quality management and HSE requirements.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement activities and perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Vocational education, associate degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Materials Science, Metallurgy or a related technical field.
• Previous experience in laboratory testing, manufacturing or quality control is preferred.
• Good analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficient English communication skills.
