Product Manager - Construction

About the role

Join EG Jydacom as a Product Manager driving the strategy and roadmap of a leading construction SaaS solution. You will work closely with engineering, marketing, sales and customer success to turn industry insights into impactful product features and support expansion beyond Finland.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive product strategy, identifying margin‑leak points for construction firms and translating them into a roadmap.
• Convert site‑level pain such as cost overruns and fragmented data into trusted product experiences for finance and project teams.
• Maintain close contact with key customers, turning feedback into competitive features.
• Lead the end‑to‑end roadmap from concept to release, balancing customer needs and business growth.
• Partner with Product Owners and agile teams to ship field‑ready releases.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to launch new capabilities and support Nordic expansion.

Required profile

• Strong financial expertise with deep understanding of long‑term construction project management and profitability.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment.
• Data‑driven mindset, using analytics to guide product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, able to work with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
