Product Lead, Game Engine

About the role

Supercell is seeking an experienced Product Lead to own Titan, the company’s proprietary game engine and the organization behind it. You will shape the vision, strategy and roadmap for Titan, turning complex technical needs into clear product outcomes that power all Supercell games.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive Titan’s product vision, strategy and management framework, building the product function from scratch.
• Translate Supercell’s game development ambitions into a multi‑year strategic direction for Titan and identify gaps in capabilities or team alignment.
• Productize existing Titan capabilities through packaging, documentation and adoption paths.
• Establish success metrics (adoption, developer satisfaction, platform health) and use them to refine strategy.
• Own the Titan‑level roadmap, collaborate with game and partner teams, and make trade‑offs that align with overall strategy.
• Serve as the primary contact for game and partner teams, turning their needs into organization‑wide priorities.
• Partner with team leads to coach them on product thinking and help them articulate their offerings.
• Communicate Titan’s strategy and roadmap across Supercell, aligning priorities while respecting each team’s independence.

Required profile

• Extensive product management background with a proven track record of owning product strategy and roadmap for complex, multi‑team platforms.
• Experience building and shaping a product function, not just contributing to one.
• Hands‑on execution mindset and deep technical savviness.
• Ability to lead through influence, working as a peer to engineering leads.
• Fluency in AI tools and a strong viewpoint on AI’s impact on development workflows.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a talent for bringing structure to uncertain situations.
