Procurement Manager – Raw Materials

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Manager for Raw Materials to join Hartwall in Lahti, part of the Royal Unibrew Group. The role is responsible for sourcing and managing all raw material categories used in beverage production, aligning group strategies with the Finnish market and supporting growth and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead category management for raw materials, developing and executing sourcing strategies that meet cost, service, sustainability and innovation targets.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships, driving performance improvement plans in collaboration with market and operational teams.
• Own spend management, data governance and reporting to achieve financial KPIs and support budgeting cycles.
• Collaborate with group procurement, supply‑chain and market stakeholders to identify efficiency initiatives and participate in cross‑functional projects.
• Monitor commodity markets, EU regulations and digitalisation trends to anticipate risks and opportunities.

Required profile

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s); professional procurement qualification such as CIPS is a plus.
• Minimum five years of procurement or supply‑chain experience, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
• Strong analytical abilities combined with commercial instincts and the capacity to work in a fast‑moving international environment.
