Placement Analyst, Corporate Banking – Helsinki

About the role

Citi is recruiting a Placement Analyst for its Corporate Banking team in Helsinki for a six-month period from March to August 2027. The programme is designed to help students graduate in 2027-2029 build knowledge and skills, with training and support provided regardless of their degree.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct accounting and financial statement analysis, cash flow modelling and capital markets analysis
• Complete fundamental risk and credit analysis
• Liaise with product partners
• Assist in presenting and developing new ideas to clients
• Structure deals

Required profile

• Graduating in 2027-2029 with a degree in any discipline
• Expected to achieve KT- Kiitettävä (3.5 and above or equivalent) at undergraduate level
• Fluent in English and a Nordic language (Finnish, Swedish, Danish or Norwegian)
• Dedication to learning, a global view of banking and interest in the business
• Strong communication, planning and organisational skills, and commitment to integrity
