Partner Sales Manager – Helsinki

About the role

Huawei Europe is seeking a Partner Sales Manager to lead partner development and sales activities in Helsinki, Finland. You will act as the bridge between Huawei and its ecosystem partners, driving joint business opportunities and strengthening the brand’s presence in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Gather deep insights on regional partners and create strategic plans to grow the partner ecosystem.
• Identify and onboard new partners, designing sales strategies that align with Huawei’s objectives.
• Collaborate closely with customer managers to ensure successful project delivery and long‑term partner growth.
• Enhance Huawei’s brand influence among partners and maintain strong cooperative relationships.
• Develop partner capabilities through training, empowerment, and continuous support.
• Foster a positive, collaborative atmosphere that promotes smooth cooperation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the information technology or telecom sector.
• Proven experience working with mainstream partners or a strong familiarity with them.
• Ability to build effective technical relationships with customers, resellers, and remote teams.
• Fully eligible to work within the European Union.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
