Paid Search Specialist

About the role

Do you share our passion for taking clients to the next level? We are looking for an ambitious Paid Search specialist who wants to drive successful Paid Search campaigns, scale client accounts, and build long‑term client relationships through consistently strong results.

Key responsibilities

• Campaign management: planning, setting up, and optimising Paid Search campaigns across clients and markets.
• Account ownership: day‑to‑day optimisation and performance development of demanding accounts.
• Commercial direction: managing budgets and proactively advising clients on insights, performance, and growth opportunities.
• Client representation: owning the Paid Search track in client meetings and presenting performance updates.
• Impact reporting: reporting on performance with a clear focus on business impact and decision‑making.
• Strategic growth: contributing to new business initiatives, pitches, audits, and solution design.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of Paid Search experience in an agency or in‑house setting.
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and feed‑optimisation tools (Data Feed Watch or Channable).
• Strong client communication skills, both in‑person and digitally.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on knowledge sharing.
• Attention to detail to ensure precise deliverables.
• Data‑first approach, enjoying experimentation and performance analysis.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
