Operations Associate – Customer Service & Claims

About the role

AXA Partners is looking for an Operations Associate to join its dynamic Operations team. You will act as a primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email and other channels while processing claims and related policy tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service on inbound calls and written correspondence.
• Evaluate and decide on claims independently, requesting additional information when needed.
• Process claims and related tasks accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Achieve business and development targets while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with team members, auditors, supervisors and external partners.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and support other operational areas as required.

Required profile

• Fluent in Finnish and business‑level English; Swedish is a plus.
• Previous customer‑service experience, preferably in insurance or finance.
• Confident, friendly telephone manner with high accuracy standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.

Required skills

• Basic MS Office competence (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with CRM systems (any).
