Office Manager / Document Controller – 1GW Data Centre Project

About the role

The role is based on‑site in Northern Finland supporting a 1GW greenfield data centre development. You will work closely with the Project Management Consultancy team, the developer and contractors to keep the project office running smoothly and ensure all documentation is up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the site/project office.
• Provide administrative support to the project management and wider site team.
• Maintain project documentation, registers, trackers and records.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing documentation and support document‑control processes.
• Organise meetings, record minutes and track actions.
• Facilitate communication between the PMC, developer, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Assist with project reporting and general administration tasks.
• Ensure the office environment remains organised and efficient.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Office Manager, Project Administrator, Document Controller or similar in large‑scale construction.
• Experience on major infrastructure, data centre or industrial projects is highly advantageous.
• Strong organisational, administrative and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to work in a busy, site‑based environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator with senior project teams, contractors and clients.
• Right to work in the EU.
