MEP Construction Superintendent

About the role

As an MEP Construction Superintendent at Linesight you will lead the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) aspects of large‑scale construction projects. The position is full‑time, site‑based and offers the chance to work with diverse, experienced teams on mission‑critical facilities such as data centres.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all MEP‑related activities on site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Monitor daily field operations, control information flow, and track progress, quality and safety issues.
• Coordinate with client, consultant and contractor teams on snagging, schedule and partner engagement.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively, implement and monitor key project processes, and lead regular progress meetings.
• Review variations and delays, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing multiple large, complex construction projects, preferably in international, mission‑critical environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience collaborating across cross‑functional teams and respecting cultural diversity.
