About the role

Vivicta Oy is looking for a Business Consultant to join its finance‑focused transformation projects. You will work closely with key business areas and their processes, translating functional requirements into clear documentation and supporting development teams to deliver optimal solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with client business experts and stakeholders to understand core processes.
• Define and document functional specifications as user stories and use cases.
• Support development teams in implementing the best possible solutions.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and contribute to AI‑driven initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in banking or insurance IT development projects.
• Strong ability to capture functional definitions as user stories/use cases.
• Hands‑on experience with agile ways of working.
• Experience in risk and dependency management.
• Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English.
• Solution‑oriented mindset and quick learning ability.
• Familiarity with AI applications in consulting work.
