Lab Technician – Engineering Lab Support

About the role

We are looking for a Lab Technician to support our Engineering Lab in Espoo. You will be the main point of contact for the lab, ensuring it runs smoothly and safely while supporting our satellite development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for the Engineering Lab and related spaces.
• Manage lab stock, consumables and inventory to keep projects supplied.
• Maintain up‑to‑date lab documentation in line with health and safety standards.
• Ensure lab cleanliness, organization and compliance with ESD protocols.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Handle proper storage and safety of chemicals and equipment.
• Administer lab access and coordinate training on instrument handling.
• Support engineering projects by building test setups, reworking boards and making cable harnesses.

Required profile

• B.Sc. degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• At least one year of hands‑on experience in an electronics lab environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and ESD procedures.
