About the role

Epec is looking for a motivated apprentice to operate its machine loading line in Seinäjoki. The position combines hands‑on training with a two‑year vocational qualification, allowing you to learn electronics manufacturing while being paid.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and run production batches according to the ERP work queue.
• Operate various equipment such as laser printers, paste‑printing machines, reflow soldering ovens, AOI stations, selective soldering machines and coating lines.
• Maintain machine cleanliness, perform routine maintenance and record production data in the ERP system.
• Work in a shift‑based environment, moving between stations while standing.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn a new trade and commit to completing the apprenticeship.
• Attention to detail and careful handling of very small electronic components.
• Basic IT skills and sufficient English to read documentation and use machine interfaces.
• Good teamwork, communication and the ability to follow instructions and work shifts.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems for production planning.
• Operation of laser printers, paste‑printing equipment, reflow soldering ovens, AOI inspection tools, selective soldering machines and coating lines.
