About the role
StaffMill Oy is looking for a seasonal vehicle operator to perform winter property maintenance in Joensuu. The role is temporary for the winter season and involves fast‑paced work according to snow conditions.
Key responsibilities
- Snow plowing
- Sand spreading
- Optional removal of sand in spring
Required profile
- Valid B‑driving licence
- Current occupational safety card (company can assist with training)
- Readiness to work quickly according to snow situations
Required skills
- Previous experience in winter maintenance is a plus
- Ability to operate various machines (e.g., tractors, wheel loaders)
- Efficient and safe work in an urban environment
- Independent, careful and responsible work attitude
