Key Account Manager – Power & Grid

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Key Account Manager (Power & Grid) to join our team in Finland. The role will accelerate the green transition, electrification and digitisation of Finland's grids, focusing on grid automation, smart grids, SF6‑free transition and renewables solutions.

Key responsibilities

• MV product and solution sales to key customers – both existing and potential new customers
• Describe and advise on electrical power architecture
• Prepare and negotiate tenders (supported by tendering specialists)
• Customer relationship management at all levels
• Collect and process market information
• Reach your targeted budget
• Key account management of top utilities in Finland

Required profile

• Understanding of contract management
• Experience in solution selling in the electricity market and industry (preferred)
• Electrical engineering background with 5 years of technical solution sales experience (preferred)
• Ability to manage negotiations at C‑level
• Strong collaboration and relationship‑building skills
• Customer‑focused, results‑oriented with high drive
• Proactive, outgoing, structured and analytical
• Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English at negotiation level
• Existing contacts within Finnish utility and power generation companies (highly valued)
