Key Account Manager – Helsinki

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Key Account Manager to join our commercial team in Helsinki. You will manage and grow key client accounts within our Healthy Nutrition function, ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to regional strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive revenue for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Provide regular performance reports and client feedback.
• Maintain internal systems for seamless planning and operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role, preferably within FMCG.
• Solid understanding of the Finnish market.
• Strong grasp of sales and marketing principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Finnish at a business level.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
