About the role

As a Shift Manager you are the front person of the restaurant and have responsibility for the daily performance, operations, and work culture of the kitchen. You act as the Venue Manager’s right hand, leading the team during their absence while maintaining Huuva’s high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily service with the team as the kitchen captain.
• Manage inventory, order processing and shift planning.
• Control ingredient wastage and ensure food quality.
• Dispatch dishes and keep the venue and menu online.

Required profile

• Good attitude and willingness to learn.
• At least 2 years experience in kitchen shift management.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent English communication.
• Comfortable in a tech‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.
• Valid EU hygienic passport or equivalent.
• Negative salmonella test results.
