IT Lead – Infrastructure, Operations & Support

About the role

ReOrbit is seeking an IT Lead to own and scale its core infrastructure, operations and end‑user support. You will combine hands‑on technical leadership with strong governance to build resilient, repeatable systems across cloud, networking and device management.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑user support and the 24/7 service model, ensuring Jira Service Desk meets SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead the outsourced support partner while retaining internal service‑quality ownership.
• Establish IT operations processes (change, incident, problem, asset) aligned with ITIL/ITSM.
• Design, document and maintain infrastructure architecture across networks, servers, storage, cloud and end‑user computing.
• Manage LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, network security, Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure, SQL and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Plan and deliver infrastructure projects end‑to‑end, balancing speed, reliability and technical debt.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement using Jira, HiBob and Active Directory.
• Support ISO 27001 readiness and embed security, compliance and resilience into operations.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations and support in regulated or high‑reliability environments.
• Proven track record designing, scaling and documenting infrastructure across networks, servers, cloud and end‑user computing.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM governance and SLA/KPI management.
• Hands‑on leadership style with experience managing outsourced partners.
• Fluent English and ability to work in a fast‑scaling start‑up.
