IT Director

About the role

Framery is seeking an IT Director to act as a strategic partner for its leadership and business units. Based at the Tampere headquarters, you will own the IT roadmap, drive global scalability, and embed AI across the organization while supporting a fast‑growing international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute an IT strategy that scales with business growth.
• Lead a multi‑disciplinary IT organization, including Business Applications, Data & Architecture, Information Security, IT Support, and the AI initiative.
• Partner with senior leadership to align IT priorities with corporate strategy.
• Oversee continuous development of digital capabilities, ensuring resilient, secure, and future‑proof infrastructure.
• Manage the total IT budget and global vendor relationships to ensure cost‑efficiency and contract compliance.
• Coach team leads and ensure seamless daily operations across multiple time zones.

• Proven experience leading large, high‑performing IT functions in high‑growth, international companies.
• Business‑first mindset with the ability to translate technology into measurable value.
• Strong understanding of managing distributed technology landscapes across different markets and time zones.
