IT Channel Marketing Senior Specialist

About the role

The IT Channel Marketing Senior Specialist will design and execute marketing programs that stimulate growth and engagement with IT channel partners across the Nordics. Working within the EMEA IT channel marketing community, you will collaborate closely with local sales teams and global product marketing groups to drive Eaton’s channel objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and roll out marketing communication activities for IT partners in line with the EMEA partner program framework.
• Create annual channel marketing plans (MDF) together with local sales and partners to support sales targets and partner engagement.
• Define and maintain a contact data strategy for segmentation, ensuring Salesforce data supports richer customer interactions.
• Localise and manage marketing enablement assets, including digital content and promotional materials.
• Plan and execute partner events, webinars and lead‑generation activities.
• Coordinate push/pull campaigns, aligning Tier 1 and Tier 2 initiatives to generate demand and optimise partner inventory sell‑out.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of channel marketing spend, providing data‑driven recommendations.
• Manage channel marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Support digital transformation of partners by promoting tools such as MyEaton, PRM, e‑commerce platforms and APIs.
• Gather market trends and competitor insights to identify new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within channel or partner marketing.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, product, and demand‑generation teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance.
