IT Administrator – Support & Infrastructure

About the role

ReOrbit is seeking a proactive IT Administrator to keep its technology landscape running smoothly for employees in Helsinki and remote locations. You will be the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day IT support, ensuring reliable systems, secure access, and efficient collaboration tools across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support for employees, including troubleshooting laptops, printers, tablets, mobiles and meeting‑room equipment.
• Manage tickets in Atlassian JIRA Service Management and maintain documentation of processes and user guides.
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Office 365, Enterprise Mobility & Security E3/E5), Google Workspace, Azure Active Directory, Azure cloud services, SQL and MS Dynamics.
• Handle network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, security) and device management via Microsoft Intune, Android MDM and Jamf for iOS.
• Oversee IT inventory, procurement, vendor coordination and licensing assignments.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT administration, security and end‑user support.
• Strong knowledge of user onboarding/offboarding, group policies and ITIL processes.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Proven ability to deploy cybersecurity measures in cloud and endpoint environments.
