Internal Controls System Specialist Nordics

About the role

Want to make a real impact on how risks are managed and how financial performance is reported? As an Internal Controls System Specialist you will work across the organization to identify risks, strengthen internal controls, and drive improvements that safeguard assets and ensure high‑quality financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the Internal Control System (ICS) for all Nordic companies in line with group guidelines.
• Ensure Segregation of Duties, reviewing and monitoring critical authorisations in ERP systems.
• Conduct internal controls and audits, including reviews, sampling, process analyses and documentation audits.
• Identify financial risks and define, track appropriate mitigation measures.
• Train and advise finance teams on ICS standards, compliance requirements and process quality.
• Prepare reports, audit follow‑ups and management updates.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in internal controls, audit, finance or risk management.
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Tagetik and Qlik Sense is a plus.
• Fluent English and a proactive, detail‑oriented attitude.
