Inside Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Tampere. You will generate new business opportunities, support the sales process and contribute directly to commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through email, phone, LinkedIn and events.
• Book meetings and provide well‑prepared handovers to the sales team.
• Follow up on marketing campaigns, inbound enquiries and event‑generated leads.
• Support customer renewals and identify opportunities within existing accounts.
• Manage smaller commercial opportunities throughout the sales process.
• Maintain a clean, up‑to‑date CRM and assist with quotations, order processing and internal coordination.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, business development or customer‑facing roles.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to handle high daily activity.
• Strong written communication and quick learner.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable and trusted to keep processes on track.
