Implementation Project Manager – Finnish-speaking

About the role

WasteHero is expanding its Finnish operations and seeks an Implementation Project Manager who will lead end‑to‑end software roll‑outs for municipal waste organisations. You will act as the primary Finnish‑speaking contact for customers while coordinating with the Nordic delivery team to ensure successful go‑live and acceptance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, scope and execute implementation projects for Finnish municipal waste customers, including data migration, configuration, training and hand‑over.
• Serve as the daily Finnish‑speaking counterpart for the client and represent the delivery team within WasteHero.
• Conduct acceptance testing and produce documentation that meets public‑procurement standards.
• Collect and communicate customer requirements to influence the product roadmap.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in software or public‑sector IT delivery.
• Native‑level or C1 proficiency in Finnish and professional fluency in English; Swedish is a plus.
• Experience working with municipal or utility clients, including tendering and acceptance processes.
• Ability to stay calm under deadlines, write precisely and present to steering groups.
