Human Resources Generalist

About the role

We are looking for an organised, people‑focused HR professional to join our Northern Europe HR team. The HR Generalist will support the full employee lifecycle across Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark, working closely with managers, employees and HR colleagues to deliver an exceptional employee experience. The position can be based in Stockholm or Helsinki, depending on language proficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee data and employment‑related documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate, compliant HR data.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and performance‑management activities.
• Administer employee benefits, compensation reviews and training requests.
• Support employee relations, absence management and mover/leaver processes.
• Produce HR reports and analytics for the region.
• Support integration activities and regional HR projects.
• Coordinate rewards and recognition programmes across the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in an HR role with strong understanding of HR processes.
• Experience working with HR systems and HR data.
• Fluency in English and the local language (Swedish or Finnish) – both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Proactive, service‑oriented mindset with a passion for delivering a great employee experience.
