Growth Marketing Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Partner to work closely with our sales, business and marketing teams, turning business goals and customer insights into B2B marketing that drives sales and pipeline growth. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution and includes full responsibility for HubSpot administration, data‑driven process development and AI‑enabled automation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to translate growth priorities and customer insights into targeted marketing activities.
• Design and run account‑based marketing (ABM) and demand‑generation campaigns for priority accounts.
• Plan, produce and coordinate content such as customer references and website copy.
• Manage and optimise the corporate website to improve lead conversion and SEO visibility.
• Lead HubSpot administration, using data and AI to measure performance and enhance marketing processes.
• Explore and implement AI and marketing‑automation solutions to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in‑house within IT, technology or professional services.
• Proven ability to work closely with sales and turn business priorities into marketing actions.
• Hands‑on experience with ABM, demand generation and website performance optimisation.
• Fluent in both Finnish and English, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
