Global Solutions Specialist, Talent and Culture

About the role

The People & Communications team at KONE is looking for a Global Solutions Specialist to develop and configure Talent & Culture solutions that support the company’s strategy, competence development and employee experience worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and configure global Talent & Culture solutions according to the Global Talent & Culture Center of Expertise requirements.
• Create and maintain a solutions development roadmap and drive continuous improvement with a focus on end‑user experience.
• Design and implement process improvements in Workday and other global tools, including testing, documentation and training.
• Provide global support for Talent & Culture solution cases, such as EIB uploads, development requests and issue resolution.
• Collaborate closely with IT, other Global Solutions Specialists and business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Demonstrated knowledge of modern cloud‑based HR technologies and HR processes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience working in an international environment with strong English communication skills.
• Analytical, result‑oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to facilitate trainings and create training materials.
