Fullstack Developer (Java, React)

About the role

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with strong Java and React expertise to join a collaborative software engineering team that builds innovative applications for large international organisations. The role is fully remote and based in Finland, offering the chance to work across the entire software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from analysis and design to implementation, testing, documentation and support.
• Develop new product functionalities using Java (8/11) and React‑based technologies.
• Design, build and maintain scalable micro‑service applications and cloud‑native solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best‑practice and clean‑code principles.
• Collaborate with Scrum teams, contribute to technical decisions and propose improvements.
• Utilise modern CI/CD pipelines, version control and automated quality tools.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Java 8/11 and Spring/Spring Boot.
• Solid frontend development skills with React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Understanding of micro‑services architecture and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with relational and/or non‑relational databases and modern development tools.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work independently.
