Finance Business Partner – Finland

About the role

Mediq Finland is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support its Nordic Healthcare Solutions business. Reporting to the Finance Director Nordics, you will drive performance, strategic initiatives and act as site lead for the Finnish office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide performance management and financial insight for the Healthcare Solutions business, including monthly performance reviews.
• Partner with commercial teams on ROI calculations, pricing strategy, SKU analysis and tender bids to improve profitability.
• Identify P&L improvement opportunities and support revenue growth through market analysis.
• Prepare and support senior‑management accountability meetings and contribute to acquisitions/divestments.
• Lead the Finnish office, fostering cross‑functional collaboration, employee engagement and a strong local community.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Economics.
• At least eight years of experience in a commercial finance role, partnering with sales/commercial teams.
• Proven ability to support corporate transformation and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong commercial acumen, result‑orientation and excellent communication skills in Finnish and English.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient PowerPoint for executive presentations.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
