About the role
StaffMill Oy is looking for a skilled excavator operator for permanent, full‑time work in Vantaa. You will operate modern earth‑moving equipment on a variety of ground‑work and foundation projects, ensuring precise and safe execution.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and control excavators using 3D machine‑control systems and measurement devices.
- Interpret construction drawings, ground‑plan maps and elevation images to guide work.
- Perform earth‑moving and foundation tasks on diverse construction sites.
Required profile
- Proven ability to handle excavators and understand ground‑work techniques.
- Good reading skills for site plans, ground‑maps and height diagrams.
- Valid occupational safety and security cards, and fluency in Finnish.
Required skills
- 3D machine‑control system operation
- Use of measurement instruments
