Email Account Manager (Klaviyo)

About the role

A growing eCommerce email marketing agency that works with Shopify and WooCommerce brands needs a client-facing Email Account Executive with strong, hands-on Klaviyo experience. This is a fully remote, retention and lifecycle marketing role, not outbound or cold outreach. You will manage client relationships, develop strategy, oversee campaign execution and drive results through data-driven email marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client accounts, owning strategy and performance
• Lead weekly client calls, present insights and handle feedback professionally
• Build, manage and optimise campaigns and flows in Klaviyo
• Create campaign briefs, oversee execution and QA emails before sending
• Monitor performance daily and track KPIs such as open rate, click rate, bounce rate and revenue per recipient
• Identify underperforming campaigns and run A/B tests, segmentation strategies and new lifecycle flows
• Collaborate with designers and internal teams to deliver on time

Required profile

• Proven, hands-on Klaviyo experience (campaigns, flows, segmentation, reporting)
• Experience managing multiple eCommerce/DTC accounts at once; agency experience preferred
• Strong background in email marketing for product-based brands
• Confident leading client-facing strategy calls and driving decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication, project management and analytical mindset
• Understanding of eCommerce metrics (AOV, LTV, CVR, retention) and lifecycle marketing

• Copywriting or copy review for email campaigns
• Familiarity with ClickUp, Notion and Slack is an advantage
