Document Controller – Hyperscale Data Center Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Document Controller to support a hyperscale data centre construction project. You will be responsible for managing all project documentation from mobilisation through hand‑over, ensuring accuracy, traceability and compliance with project standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain document registers, transmittals and workflow systems in line with project procedures.
• Log, track and distribute all incoming and outgoing documentation.
• Coordinate document submissions among subcontractors, consultants, design teams and the client.
• Review documents for naming conventions, quality standards and ISO compliance before issue.
• Manage RFIs, technical submittals, shop drawings and design documentation.
• Support QA/QC with inspection records, test documentation and hand‑over packages.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of document control experience on construction or engineering projects.
• Previous exposure to data centre, mission‑critical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, energy or industrial projects is a strong advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to handle large volumes of technical documents.
• Fluent English; additional Nordic languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or Procore.
