Director of Carrier Integration & Partnerships

About the role

We are looking for a senior leader to own both the technical integration and commercial partnership functions that connect nShift with more than 1,000 carriers worldwide. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you will shape the operating model, drive AI‑enabled transformation and ensure seamless delivery of carrier services for our global e‑commerce and logistics customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~30 integration specialists and the carrier partnership group, providing a single point of accountability for carrier connections and relationships.
• Design and implement operating models that combine product development, AI‑driven automation and partner management.
• Oversee the proactive monitoring of carrier service availability and anticipate changes that could affect customers.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Support, Professional Services and Engineering to align delivery timelines and commercial terms.
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with carrier partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading technical, operational or partner‑facing functions at scale, preferably in logistics, carrier or complex B2B integration environments.
• Strong track record of building and managing high‑performing teams that deliver both product features and partnership outcomes.
• Comfortable setting strategy, operating models and negotiating with external partners while working closely with engineering teams.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience applying AI and automation to reduce friction in complex processes.
