Data Center Security Manager – Helsinki

About the role

Alibaba Cloud is looking for a Data Center Security Manager to lead real‑time security operations in its Helsinki facilities. You will ensure stable, secure, and efficient data‑center performance by managing alarms, incidents, and systematic security improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to, handle, and close security alarms and incidents in real time.
• Conduct business research and security assessments, identify critical control points, and develop the data‑center security management system.
• Perform regular inspections to uncover vulnerabilities and system defects, applying security‑management strategies to resolve them.
• Develop and optimise standard procedures for the security management framework.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement and operate security systems, raising standardisation across the data centre.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience managing and operating security systems in large data centres or enterprises.
• Strong expertise in technical research and solution design for physical security, with solid judgement on emerging technologies.
• Proven ability to respond to large‑scale security incidents; Red‑Team experience is a plus.
• Excellent logical and analytical thinking, problem‑solving orientation.
• Strong communication, coordination, initiative, and teamwork skills.
• Bilingual in Chinese to coordinate with headquarters in China.
