Customer Support Agent – Finnish/English Speaking

About the role

Teamtailor is looking for a bilingual Customer Support Agent who will be the voice of the company for Finnish‑speaking users. Based in Helsinki, you will help customers resolve issues quickly and ensure a smooth experience with our SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast support via live chat (Intercom), email and occasional phone calls.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and collaborate with the tech team to resolve complex cases.
• Gather and share customer feedback with the product team.
• Identify, verify and report bugs while keeping customers informed.
• Create self‑service content such as FAQs and guides.

Required profile

• Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Solid experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn new tools.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for delivering excellent service.
