About the role
We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join the Customer Care team at SSAB Europe’s Raahen steel plant on a fixed‑term basis from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027. The role offers a unique opportunity to learn the steel‑industry supply chain, from order entry to production and delivery to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Process factory orders for hot‑rolled steel products.
- Utilise various production systems to manage order data.
- Monitor and support deliveries, acting as the liaison between customers, sales and production.
Required profile
- Studies in a commercial or technical field.
- Strong oral and written Finnish and English skills.
- Attention to detail, efficiency and accuracy.
- Ability to learn and work with order‑processing systems.
