Customer Care Specialist – Fixed‑Term (High Season)

About the role

We are looking for two Customer Care Specialists to join Edenred Finland’s customer service team on a full‑time, fixed‑term basis covering the high‑season period until March 2027. In this role you will handle inquiries from corporate customers primarily by phone and email, delivering high‑quality service and promoting self‑service channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide smooth, reliable service via phone and electronic channels during opening hours, ensuring each interaction meets quality standards.
• Deliver efficient customer service in line with performance targets, handling inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and encourage use of self‑service options, contributing to revenue goals.
• Contribute to shaping customer experiences and wellbeing in Finnish workplaces by listening, assessing needs, and recommending suitable solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer care or similar roles, demonstrating a strong track record of customer satisfaction.
• Fluent communication in both Finnish and English, able to switch seamlessly between languages.
• Goal‑driven, solution‑focused attitude with a strong customer orientation and ability to meet targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment, showing flexibility and responsibility.
