CSA Site Manager – Data Centre Projects

About the role

Our client, an Irish main contractor operating across Europe, is looking for an experienced CSA Site Manager to lead high‑profile data‑centre projects. The role involves overseeing CSA activities across data‑centre, pharmaceutical, hotel, residential and commercial fit‑out projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all CSA works on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors’ workflow, monitoring progress against the programme and maintaining site safety and quality.

Required profile

• Trade background or a construction‑related degree.
• 5–7 years’ experience as a Finishing Manager with a fit‑out company, main contractor or developer.
• Previous experience on data‑centre or pharmaceutical projects is desirable.
