Coordinator - Sales & Operations Execution

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑oriented Coordinator, Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) to join our Ferrochrome Supply Chain Management team in Tornio. You will work at the heart of the supply chain, ensuring reliable customer deliveries, smooth operational execution and strong collaboration across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders and deliveries from receipt to fulfilment, working closely with Sales, Planning, Production, Logistics and Customers.
• Monitor supply‑chain performance, proactively address operational challenges and use data and analytics to support decision‑making.
• Contribute to continuous development of S&OE capabilities by improving processes, supporting digitalisation initiatives and implementing new ways of working.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to strengthen overall supply‑chain performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Good understanding of end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes and experience with ERP and reporting systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset.
• Interest in process improvement, digitalisation and continuous development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluency in Finnish and English.
• Experience in customer‑facing roles or operational environments is an advantage.
