Consultant/Manager – Commercial Due Diligence & Strategy

About the role

We are expanding our Commercial Due Diligence and Strategy team to advise private equity investors, corporate acquirers and portfolio companies. The role involves delivering high‑impact commercial due diligence, growth strategy and value‑creation work across the investment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct commercial due diligence on acquisition targets, assessing market attractiveness, growth outlook, competitive positioning and risks.
• Support the investment lifecycle – target screening, value‑creation planning, portfolio‑company growth strategy and exit preparation.
• Integrate commercial analysis with technology, product and data perspectives to evaluate scalability and differentiation.
• Produce senior‑client ready materials such as investment committee papers, board decks and executive presentations.

Required profile

• 2–4 years (Consultant/Senior Consultant) or 4–6 years (Project Lead/Manager) experience in strategy consulting, commercial due diligence, private equity, M&A or related fields.
• Proven ability to own workstreams, deliver high‑quality client output and, for senior roles, lead teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in market sizing, financial analysis and data triangulation.

Required skills

• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with surveys, expert interviews, Capital IQ, PitchBook, Factiva, Tableau, Alteryx or Python (optional).
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
