Communications Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Communications Specialist to help us make our business, people and ambitions visible, both inside our company and to the outside world. There is a lot happening in our business: we are growing, developing the way we work and operating in an international project environment. Your job is to make sure those stories don't stay hidden.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously develop our intranet and internal communication channels.
• Build and maintain a company‑wide communication calendar and cadence.
• Create, edit and publish clear and engaging internal content.
• Help important information travel across business units, functions and locations.
• Support leaders in communicating priorities, changes and expectations clearly.
• Turn values and desired ways of working into stories and everyday experiences.
• Identify interesting stories and communication opportunities across the business.
• Turn project achievements and business developments into engaging external content.
• Create and publish content across relevant corporate communication channels.
• Support announcements, media communication and other external communication needs.
• Ensure communication consistently reflects our brand and desired experience.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in both internal and external communications.
• Excellent writing and storytelling ability, adapting messages to different audiences and channels.
• Genuine interest in understanding the business behind the communication.
• Ability to simplify complex topics without oversimplifying.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership from idea to execution.
• Able to manage multiple topics simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Comfortable collaborating with senior leaders and specialists across the organization.
• Relevant degree in communications, marketing, journalism, business or a related field.
• Experience in an international, growing or scale‑up environment is a plus.
• Curious and proactive in spotting stories worth sharing.
