About the role
StaffMill Oy is seeking an experienced CNC machinist for a permanent, full‑time position in Tampere. You will work independently on small‑batch and single‑piece production, ensuring high‑quality output.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machining centres, adjusting tools and parameters for each job.
- Program and control CNC machines using Heidenhain and Fanuc systems.
- Interpret technical drawings and create precise machining plans.
- Perform measurement and quality‑control checks to guarantee product specifications.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of diverse CNC machining experience.
- Proactive, self‑motivated work attitude.
- Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Fluent in Finnish and English.
