Client Development Manager (Media + CX)

About the role

dentsu is looking for an experienced project manager and client lead to join its Media practice in Helsinki. The role sits at the intersection of media, customer experience (CX) and data-led capabilities, with commercial responsibility for growth opportunities, sales support and key account planning. It suits someone who can lead clients and internal teams through change and growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end client development across media, CX and data-led capabilities
• Work horizontally across dentsu practices to coordinate client-focused development so planning, execution and follow-up are aligned and value-driven
• Manage client teams and internal capabilities to ensure on-time delivery, quality and control of timelines, budgets and scope
• Coordinate client development from a project management perspective, setting the planning, cadence and efficiency of the work
• Lead client communication and relationship management, acting as a trusted partner with clear direction and strategic guidance
• Identify commercial and growth opportunities across media, CX and data-led capabilities

Required profile

• Several years of experience in a media agency, with a strong understanding of the media landscape and client needs
• Ability to develop and execute cross-channel media strategies
• Experience using customer experience and data to drive insights and performance
• Fluency in both Finnish and English
• Already permitted to work in Finland (EU/EEA nationals, work visas, etc.) and currently present locally
