CIO Advisory Executive Partner (Finland)

About the role

Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) is a service within Gartner Executive Technology Services (ETS) and an exclusive, membership-based organisation serving over 8,500 CIOs and senior IT leaders across 87 countries. As Executive Partner in Finland, you will manage a portfolio of member relationships and turn their priorities into tailored services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships
• Use subject matter expertise to create service solutions for clients using all ExP products
• Assess member Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) and develop a customised service plan
• Deliver a mix of on-site and virtual briefings, including workshops, research analyst visits, roundtables and webinars
• Present or facilitate at ExP events where relevant
• Work closely with Gartner's Sales organisation to ensure member engagement and renewal

Required profile

• CxO roles with 15+ years of progressive technology exposure (AI, Agentic AI, Digital Transformation, Operating Model, Cloud)
• Experience leading or co-leading large end-to-end transformative initiatives
• Demonstrable sales and/or business development experience with CXO-level executives
• Background can vary: public sector, consumer-facing industries, manufacturing, life sciences, high tech and others are welcomed

Required skills

• In-depth knowledge of a CIO's focus areas and the IT industry (leadership, IT operations management, strategy and trends, metrics)
• Understanding of today's CIO challenges and how Gartner ETS can help
