About the role

We create high‑quality STEM training data for frontier AI models used by leading AI labs. As a Chemistry Expert you will design advanced, deterministic chemistry problems that challenge modern AI systems with deep reasoning and computational rigor.

Key responsibilities

• Design difficult chemistry problems that reflect real scientific workflows and have a single verifiable correct answer.
• Develop reasoning‑intensive, computationally grounded tasks using Python and domain‑specific chemistry tools, ensuring reproducibility and precise documentation.

Required profile

• Master’s or PhD in Chemistry or a related field.
• Research or industry experience with computational or quantitative chemistry workflows.

Required skills

• Strong Python programming skills.
• Familiarity with scientific libraries and computational chemistry tools.
