Car Manager

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, hands‑on Car Manager to keep our fleet of company vehicles safe, clean, and ready for tours in the stunning winter landscape of Lapland. You will work closely with guides to ensure the right vehicle is available and in optimal condition for each tour.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all company vehicles, performing regular safety, cleanliness, and condition checks.
• Prepare vehicles for tours, coordinating availability with guide schedules.
• Install and maintain GPS tracking systems in each vehicle.
• Track maintenance, inspections, and repairs; coordinate servicing, tire changes, and emergency rescue when needed.
• Assist guides with vehicle‑related issues during tours and ensure vehicles are equipped for varying conditions.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of cars and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Responsible, practical, well‑organized and able to work independently.
• Valid driving licence and ability to make quick decisions in emergencies.
• Flexible and available for unexpected vehicle problems.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
