Business Development Manager – HPE Networking

About the role

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow the HPE Networking portfolio (Aruba & Juniper) in the Finnish market. You will work closely with reseller partners, the manufacturer and internal teams to expand business and identify new growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand HPE Networking business together with the partner network.
• Manage business development and growth plans for selected resellers.
• Identify new market opportunities and actively build a sales pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with HPE, partners and TD SYNNEX sales and technical teams.
• Support partners in solution selection and market opportunity identification.
• Lead campaigns, events, trainings and other business‑support activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor solutions.

Required profile

• Experience in sales or business development within the IT sector.
• Strong understanding of networking solutions and their business impact.
• Proven expertise with Juniper Networks solutions.
• Knowledge of campus, data‑center and enterprise networking environments.
• Ability to build long‑term customer and partner relationships.
• Goal‑oriented, proactive work style with excellent negotiation skills.
• Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English.
