Brand Manager – Confectionery (Finland & East)

About the role

Cloetta is looking for a Brand Manager to shape the future of its most loved confectionery brands in Finland & East. You will translate consumer insights into growth opportunities, drive innovation and ensure the brands stay relevant in a fast‑changing market.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and execute long‑term brand and portfolio strategies that strengthen brand equity and deliver profitable growth.
• Turn consumer, shopper and category insights into clear initiatives and new commercial opportunities.
• Build and manage an innovation pipeline from idea development to market activation.
• Lead integrated brand activation, including media, communication and agency collaboration, while managing the A&P budget.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• Experience in brand and portfolio management, preferably in FMCG or a consumer‑driven business.
• Ability to use consumer, category and business data to support decisions.
• Professional fluency in Finnish and English.
